§ 6-1. County ordinance adopted by reference.

There is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated as fully as if set out herein the ordinance of Gwinnett County, Georgia, adopted by the Gwinnett County Commissioners on January 16, 2007, and subsequently amended, which replaced and amended in its entirety Chapter 10 entitled "Animals" of the Gwinnett County Code. A copy of such ordinance, as amended, is on file in the office of the City administrator or his/her designee.
