§ 16-90. Definitions.

(a)

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Alcoholic beverage and retail consumption dealer have the same meaning as found in Section 6-2 of the Gwinnett County Code of Ordinances.

Public place means and includes the jails, penal and correctional institutes of this City.

(b)

Other terms shall have the same meaning as found in the Official Code of Georgia Annotated. (See O.C.G.A. §§ 16-1-3, 16-6-2 and 16-6-9.)
